Denzel’s Gingerbread House Gift Box For Dogs: Win £500 - Terms & Conditions

This promotion is operated and administered by Denzel’s Ltd, 34-40 High Street, Wanstead, E11 2RJ (the “Promoter”).

How to Enter

1. You will require internet access and an email address to enter the promotion.
2. The promotion starts at 00:00 on 1st August 2025 (Opening Date). All entries must be received before the promotion closes at 23:59 on 31st December 2025 (Closing Date). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of sending shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
3. To participate, entrants must purchase a Denzel’s Gingerbread House Gift Box. Winning packs will contain a Golden Ticket with details of how to claim the prize. Golden Tickets will be randomly distributed among stocks of Gingerbread House Gift Boxes.
4. There are five (5) Golden Tickets in total, each entitling the winner to one prize of £500 GBP.
5. Winners must redeem their prize by emailing their unique barcode and a photo of their winning ticket to woof@denzels.co.uk within before the closing date 31st December 2025. Should the email not work, it is the winner’s responsibility to contact the Promoter.
6. Each Golden Ticket and code can only be redeemed once.
7. The Promoter may also require a copy of the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

Prize

1. There are five (5) prizes of £500 GBP in total to be won.
2. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
3. To claim their prize, winners must provide their full UK bank details to the Promoter within 14 days of being contacted.
4. A prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s sole discretion in the following events:
   • The prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up their prize;
   • A winner is disqualified under these Terms and Conditions;
   • A winner fails to provide the required details within 14 days of being contacted;
   • Delivery of the prize is refused or cannot be completed despite reasonable attempts.
5. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the prize.
6. The Promoter will issue the prize via bank transfer within 30 days of the prize being successfully claimed.
7. The Promoter may request that winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such activity, and publicity will be limited to promotion of this competition.

Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Denzel’s Ltd, their families, associated companies, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until verification is complete.
3. Limit of one prize per person.

Data Protection

1. The personal data that you provide when submitting an entry to this promotion will be used by the Promoter for purposes of administering and managing your participation in the promotion, verifying eligibility, and selecting the winners in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, if you win a prize, the Promoter will make your name and country available to people requesting that information. If you do not want your name to be made available, please inform the Promoter using the contact details in paragraph 5. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
3. These Terms and Conditions are the legal basis on which the Promoter will process your personal data. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promoter cannot enter you into this promotion or process your entry and provide you with your prize.
4. The Promoter will not share your personal data with any third party other than those engaged to fulfil and deliver the prizes.
5. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, opposition to treatment, and data portability by writing to the Promoter at woof@denzels.co.uk. Please note that if you request deletion of your personal data during the promotion, this will automatically remove your entry and mean that you cannot receive or take up a prize.
6. If you believe that the Promoter is not treating your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office. More details can be found at https://ico.org.uk.

General

1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion and/or revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the promotion after any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
2. The Promoter may disqualify entries deemed non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions, or if it has reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion. This includes tampering with the operation of the promotion, creating multiple identities, or attempting to claim multiple prizes.
3. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
