Is this only for people who came?

Yes. The code’s on the back of the Christmas card your dog took home, or in your goody bag if you came on Friday. If someone forwarded you this page, they clearly like you. Act natural.

Can I send it to someone else’s door?

Yes. Put their address in at checkout. Take full credit.

How long does delivery take?

We send everything by Evri on a 48-hour service, but allow 2–5 working days. Tracking comes by email.

Will it arrive in time for 1 December?

Order by 25 November and the advent calendar will be there before door one. CONFIRM cut-off

When does the code end?

[DATE + TIME]. After that it goes back to being a word printed on a card.

Can I combine it with another code?

No. One code per order. We ran the numbers and the accountant had to have a sit-down.

Where’s my dog’s Christmas card email?

It’s on its way from [sender address]. If it hasn’t turned up, check your junk folder. Then get in touch.

Denzel’s started because we believe dogs deserve ridiculous amounts of love. Seeing a room full of people who agree meant more to us than we can put into words, which is awkward for a brand that writes a lot of words.
